Shipping Policy

We believe that a reliable and efficient shipping policy is key to customer satisfaction. That's why we offer both regular and special delivery options for all orders. Regular shipping can be expected to arrive within 7 business days, while special delivery is available for those in Haifa Nesher and Krayot area and will be delivered in just 3-5 days. Both options are delivered through Israel Post, one of the most trusted shipping providers. The cost of regular delivery is 25 NIS, while special delivery is available for 50 NIS.

Return & Exchange Policy

cancel a transaction within 14 days from the moment got the order or from the moment reciveiving transaction details.
cancellation fees is 5% from the deal.
return of the poduct will be possible under few conditions.
if the product is defective.
to get confirmation of a transaction refund, the customer needs to contact the seller and send photos of the defect.
after recieving proofs it will be possible to approve refund.
